To ensure a high standard od professional work, discretion and a calm, exclusive enviroment I kindly ask you to respect the following guidelines.

By booking an appointment, all clients automatically accept the terms outlined in this House Rules.

Lack of knowledge of these rules does not exempt anyone from complying with them

1. Responsibility and Professional framework

Services are used at your own responsibility. Rehabilitation treatments and massage therapies do not replace full medical examinations; however, they affectively support the optimization of movement, pain reduction, soft tissue regeneration ans professional scar treatment.

All treatments serve therapeutic and health-preseving purposes. Any request beyond professional boundaries will be immediately refused.

Safety, discretion and mutual respect are core values.

Liability and Information Statement

By booking an appointment, the Client declares that they provide accurate, complete and relevant information about their health condition.

Temporary muscle sensitivity, fatigue, regenerative reactions or short-term discomfort may naturally occur after treatment and do not constitute professional error.

All treatments are performed according to professional protocols and with the utmost care. However, I am not liable for reactions resulting from unknown, undisclose or hidden health condiotions.

By using the service, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms.

2. Arrival

Please arrive on time.

It is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment (for parking and changing). In case of delay, the treatment time may be proportionally shortened.

I am unable to extend the reserved time slot, ensuring uninterrupted service for punctual Clients.

My goal is always to maintain a calm and balanced atmosphere.

3. Cancellation and Payment terms

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

In case of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show, the full treatment fee is payable, with an invoiced issue.

If the fee is not settled, I will not be able to provide a new appointment.

In case of cancellation, payment can be made via bank transfer to the following account: 10700598-72641882-51100005

If you are a new Client, please include the following in the payment reference: full name, address, email address (for invoicing)

For gift vouchers, the session will be deducted.

This policy ensures predictable professional operation and fairness toward the Client.

4. Gift vouchers and Treatment packages

Gift vouchers and treatment packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

5. Health condition

Treatment cannot be performed in case of fever, infectious illness or acute inflammation.

In the case of recent injury, surgery or diagnosed medical conditions, prior consultation is required.

Clients are obliged to inform me about all known illnesses, injuries, ongoing medical treatments and provide relevant documentation if necessary.

Full transparency is essential for safe and effective treatment.

6. Hygiene and Code of Conduct

Treatments take place in a clean, organized, preium environment.

Please arrive accordingly, maintaining proper personal hygiene. In its absence, I reserve the right to refuse service, in which case the full fee remains payable.

Indoor slippers are mandatory and will be provided.

Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in the building. Clients under the influence of alcohol or any mind-altering substances will not be accepted and the full fee will still apply.

Pets are not allowed in the building.

Respectful, quiet and composed behavior is expected at all times to maintain a peaceful environment for all Clients.

7. Mobile Phone Use

Please silence or switch off your phone during the treatment.

Full regeneration requires an undisturbed, focused environment.

8. Payment

An official invoice is issued for every treatment.

Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer.

9. Parking

Parking is usually available in front of the salon.

Parking can be initiated using code: 0138.

10. Cooperation

Long-term results are achieved through cooperation.

Following my professional recommendations significantly influences the effectiveness of recovery and the pace of progress.

Final Provision

In case of violation of any part of these House Rules, I reserve the right to refuse or terminate the service and ask the Client to leave immediately.

The goal is not simply a one-time treatment. The goal is lasting improvement, stable function, and pain-free, high-quality movement.

Adhering to these rules is the foundation of our work together.
